Maple Syrup Day is a fundraiser event for Iowa State University Xi Sigma Pi, a national forestry honor society. Join the students for a morning of demonstrations, education and pancakes! Wood turning, wood chopping, making maple syrup, and interactive educational exhibits. Pancakes are $5-$8 and include sausages and a beverage. 8am-11am.
