ISU Xi Sigma Pi Maple Syrup Day

Come for all you can eat pancakes and learn about the maple syrup process! Other demonstrations include timber sports, wood turning craft, and educational displays. Students running the day are from the ISU Xi Sigma Pi Forestry program. Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 8am-11am
