Your Ceremony Includes:
- Set-up and tear down of up to 200 chairs for ceremony use only
- One hour time slot to hold your ceremony
- Access to audio equipment (Bluetooth and PA system) available with prior approval
- One hour of scheduled wedding rehearsal time before the ceremony date or time
- Venue access begins four hours prior to the ceremony on your reserved date for any preparation needed
- Additional set-up time may be available for additional fee
Your Reception Includes:
- Up to 22 – 60 inch round tables for indoor use only (up to 175 chairs, set-up included)
- Set-up of tables in the Hughes Education Center (linens are not included)
- Rectangle tables used for gifts, food, card/sign-in, cake, etc…
- Access to audio equipment (Bluetooth and PA system) available with prior approval
- Comfort room available for parents with infants
- Wireless internet access, for no extra charge
- Catering kitchen available for vendor use

A Note on Dogs
Dogs on a leash are welcomed in our outdoor spaces, as per our regular policy. Please clean up after your pet! Indoors, leashed dogs are only allowed in the Visitor Center lobby.
Certified service dogs are the only animals allowed to be present for events/rentals inside the Visitor Center reception hall. Service dogs are trained and certified to assist people with disabilities, as per ADA guidelines. Emotional support/other animals do not qualify to be inside the Visitor Center reception hall.
