Carter\, 17 years old\, is a singer/songwriter/entertainer who plays a Taylor acoustic guitar as well as a Gibson Les Paul electric guitar\, drums\, and piano in genres ranging from the 50’s through today. Dinner is available from Smokin Big Dawgs. Members are free\, Non-members $7. Tickets available at the door. \nTickets are free for members and $7 for non-members (can be purchased the day of the event)\nBring your lawn chair. DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to invite you to the much-anticipated groundbreaking of Treehouse Village at the Iowa Arboretum & Gardens! Treehouse Village is the only project of its kind in Iowa that features multiple-level treehouse experiences & an all-inclusive elevated play area. During this special event\, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the construction site and observe the progress made by Beanstalk Builders and marvel at the future home of the all-inclusive playground\, treehouses\, and suspension bridge. In addition to building Treehouse Village\, the Arboretum is expanding its trail system by 1 mile this fall\, offering even more opportunities for families to immerse themselves in nature’s wonders. \nWe are also delighted to announce the opening of the public phase of the Capital Campaign. The Arboretum has raised 1.7 million dollars towards its $2 million goal.
