DESCRIPTION:Maple Syrup Day is a fundraiser event for Iowa State University Xi Sigma Pi\, a national forestry honor society. Join the students for a morning of demonstrations\, education and pancakes! Wood turning\, wood chopping\, making maple syrup\, and interactive educational exhibits. Pancakes are $5-$8 and include sausages and a beverage. 8am-11am.
